This was such an adventure, and hard work!! Oh yea!
My son's first sushi roll was massive, but tasted so good and fresh!
We had a blast taking recipes and ideas from Iron Chef Morimoto, from an old magazine I had, food network vol. 3 2010.
It was so fun doing the sushi dance!
